“I had a day of dealing with a lot of people that used the "I don't know' response to questions they should know the answers to. Very frustrating. When my business internet went down, I was braced for the same response and to be transferred multiple times before I got resolution. To my surprise and delight, Will and Miles dealt with my problem immediately and even gave me a direct line to call back once I had confirmed that what they suspected was the case. I was not on site when this occurred, so I was going back and forth with my manager onsite and Will and Miles. In less than an hour my problem was resolved and I didn't have to go in on my day off. If my experience is how every problem is resolved you folks should go into the training of other call centers. Thank you for your prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance. GREAT JOB! 10 stars!
