The entire process from checking in and to the finish and walking out the door was a positive experience. The intake staff was cheerful and upbeat. During the exam, I was givin clear information about each step of the examination process and the Dr. was cheerful, upbeat and professional. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure i was comfortable during the entire process, even stopping to make sure the exam equipment was properly positioned so i wouldn't uncomfortable.
