Friendly staff and amazing service. Ended up breaking my glasses and they had them fixed in 1-2 hours, and my glasses repair was good as new. Also wasn’t charged for the minor repair.

I have been using the west Duluth office for my eye care for 3 years, and now I will never go elsewhere. Shout-out to Haiden for being so patient and kind about adjusting my glasses. I have sensory issues and she spent almost an hour helping me get them just right, listening to my complaints, and never made me feel like too much. Thank you Haiden, for going above and beyond in accommodating me- you’re an amazing person and I truly appreciate your help!

Good opticians, I had the younger doc and she was very smart but maybe a little too speedy and efficient. I know thats needed but sometimes a doc who takes their time to listen and talk is better but I know most people want to be in and out. Nevertheless, they are a great family eye clinic and I'll likely return.
