Amazing customer experience. Very accommodating,friendly and professional staff. I was so very pleased with turn around time for my glasses. They ordered my glasses and I had them back in less than a week! I understand each situation is different depending on optical lab location. Mine was local so I lucked out. Even with that said, it was very prompt. My glasses were accurate and more than expected. This was my first visit and I definitely recommend. I will return. :)
Dr. Theobald and his team always provide a thorough and efficient exam. They have a wide selection of eyewear and can help you with them when you need it. The West Duluth location is very accessible to get in and out of. I’ve been coming here for years.
They know eyes inside and out - truly the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else (this is true since I moved 4 hours away and always come back for my eye check-ups). And the entire staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating!
