I just got back from a contact lens training. As a 37 year old, I was getting discouraged when I struggled to put them in for the first time. The staff was very patient and kind. Going above and beyond to help me be successful.

I spent a lot of time working with the staff at Vision Pro Optical on Grand and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff and their doctor worked with me over the course of almost an entire year to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses. The staff never failed to follow-up and were so helpful when it came to insurance too. I really appreciate how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction. Thank you all!
