Willows has recently been sold to Crossroads. There's improved management care staff are empathic however like many other care facilities the cost is high

This place needs to have theHEALTH DEPARTMENT to look into this God awful sad place ?

If i could give less than 1, I would. This place is detrimental to ones health. My sister is currently a resident their and Im doing everything humanly possible to get her the H. up out of there. The director comes off as kind and caring, THAT IS AN ACT. The nurses their went 2weeks(based on what they told me) without giving my sister her medication, and they say she's combative. Who wouldn't be after neglect like that. Im not a genius, but if a patient refuse their medication and you have a professionals in place, and an order stating that her meds can be crushed and put into applesauce or pudding and that not be done, That is NEGLECT. I can go on and on.... read full review
