I have been going to the Sun Prairie locations for almost two years I believe, it’s always clean, has great variety of products, nice waiting area and always communicate if something comes up! The real reason for my 5 star review is for my 5 star fav Miss Grace! She started our friendship as the front desk manager and would always greet you with a friendly hello and smile. Now she is my waxing specialist! She has given me countless recommendations to get the most out of my service and make sure I am prepped for my next one! I have learned so much from Grace and truly am thankful for her knowledge, time and friendship!
Renee is the best! She's highly professional and does a great job. She truly cares for her customers and goes above and beyond. And she's not overly thirsty, she doesn't constantly upsell everything which can be so annoying especially when it's already a rather awkward sitch having a stranger wax your unmentionables.
Been going to WTC for about 2yrs and recently started booking with Grace. I cannot say enough great things about her. She's amazing at what she does. During the appt we get chatting like we're besties and then next thing you know the appt is over, lol. She truly is the best ❣
