The Doc was so thorough and took his time to review my pet's chart and talk with me. He did not force any decisions onto me and allowed me to guide my pet's care with great insight from his clinical judgement. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We've been taking our golden retrievers here their entire lives. 10+ years with them at this time in 2025. All of the techs and doctors have been great. Extra props to Dr. Vitale. I really like how he communicates and explains things.

Dr. Vitale is, hands down, the only individual I trust to providing the best care possible to my kiddos (aka: dogs). He goes through everything very thoroughly, lays out all of the available options, as well as, additionally, takes the time to talk over any of the ‘what if’s’. I moved from Sun Prairie many years ago, but will still drive the 2.5hrs (today) for his help, guidance, and expertise.

Been going to that clinic since before it changed hands. Called to make an appointment and since the animals had not been in for over a year due to my medical issues and cancer treatment - they told me that we no longer have a relationship and could not get my animals in for 20 days for treatment of possible infection.
How do you treat people that have been coming to the clinic for years with no grace or tact? Promptly found a vet (who has never seen them) that would get them in immediatly for treatment.
Will never go back. We had had issues getting prescription for one of the animals food in the past. Refusing to send in without an appointment. The animal that needed it has had said prescription for 10+ years.
Despite that we still continued to go there. Not any more. Do not go there if you expect any sort of customer service.
Worst place ever.....

Dr. Vitale is one of the best vets we've ever had. He is supportive, non-judgmental, and the clinic culture really comes from that. The entire clinic is wonderful with pets, and I have never once felt like something they recommended was for any reason other than my pets' health.

Everyone is so caring. I recently switched to this vet after many years at a different location. Their response time is amazing. As an added bonus, what they charge is at least 50% less than what I was paying. Top notch!

The vet, Dr Brie is great. She said i could call anytime about my chronically sick pet, but she's not usually available. Some of the staff are good, and some are not. One lady hurt my cat cutting his nails and without permission. They cut my cat's nipple when shaving him. My poor baby pretty much was tortured there. There was fur fron a different animal in my pet carrier from them. One of the desk people can't listen to how a name is spelled like she's deaf, she shouldn't answer phones.
