My visit was such a pleasant experience. While I got a very positive vibe from the get-go based on my phone calls with Sage, I wasn’t expecting the appointment to be so personal and enjoyable, but it was! That might sound silly, but the consultation with Mandi was so nice. She was friendly and warm, and she really listened and shared some great knowledge. She truly wanted to help me troubleshoot my skincare problems, and she suggested routines and products, but without being pushy or pressuring me into purchases. I was able to get an appointment quickly at the location I chose. It was a very nice office in an easy to find location. All my questions were answered and options were presented. Overall a great experience.
I absolutely love Robertson Cosmetic. I see both Dana and Mandi and their work is brilliant! I trust every recommendation and aspect of care. They make every treatment easy and comfortable!
