Rachel is awesome! I came from downtown Madison because I had errands in the area that day. I also needed to wash bedding so I picked a place to handle bulky stuff. Prairie Town happened to be a convenient location and it turned out to be the best service I’ve ever received at from a laundromat!

Rachel the owner was wonderful! I have a broken dryer and have 3 children. She was such a great help. I needed to run an errand so she put all of my wash in dryers. Since it was near closing time she used more dryers to help speed up the time to dry everything! She didn't have to but she even helped me with folding the blankets and sheets! Everything was clean, soft and dry! I will go back there many times! Thank you Rachel you saved me so much time. I don't know what I would have done without your help!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you!

The owner is amazing. Our kitty has been having a string of bladder infections and we've needes to get bedding washed multiple times. Great communication and reasonable prices.
