“Edit: After a few years of using this service, I wanted to update my review. I have moved to a new city, and the new Milan location has the same high standards as my previous location. The buildings are still always clean, employees are kind and organized, treatment providers are competent and accommodating. If you’re doing laser hair removal, please understand that you may not become completely hairless, even after a couple years of monthly sessions. Fortunately, Milan doesn’t limit your sessions, so you can take your treatment back up whenever necessary.

Overall, I am still glad I bought my treatment package from Milan. I felt a bit let down by the endurance it takes to achieve true hairlessness. Maybe I just have stubborn hair follicles, but I wish I would have really understood that this is a years-long process, hair will start growing back after time off, and a combination of shaving and laser will be needed for the rest of my life.

I have received many treatments at Milan in Sun Prairie, and have had a good experience each time. The building is new, clean, and the decor is updated and relaxing. Upon arrival, I am greeted in a welcoming and friendly manner by the front staff member. All of the people performing the treatments are certified RNs and clearly knowledgeable medical professionals. They provide many opportunities for me to ask questions or voice concerns. I would recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal to anyone interested in their services.“
