I recently moved to Sun Prairie and needed to find someone to cut and tame my unruly hair. I've always preferred going to an individual stylist rather than one of the chain hair cutters. I read a number of reviews before stumbling across several amazing ones for Dawn at Hair by Dawn. She sounded just like my kind of person! When we connected by phone I got a great positive vibe from her. At my first appointment she welcomed me warmly then asked a ton of questions to help her figure out what I was looking for. My daughter had a haircut here before leaving for college. Dawn was very friendly and kept the conversation going without being overly chatty. When something seemed off with a layer in the the next day, Dawn was happy to take a look. Turns out my daughter parted her hair differently by a little and it just wasn't laying right. Dawn did a minor fix and all was lovely. She does an excellent job! Her salon is clean and has a lovely,calming color palette and design. My daughter already said she will return.
