On 2/4/2026 our 2011 Carrier furnace wouldn't stay running and was filling our home with toxic gas.

Lucas answered on the second ring and got us a new, two stage Armstrong furnace the same day! The quality of the furnace and sheet metal is outstanding. Great customer service! After receiving a grossly over priced quote from a leading competitor in the area to repair or replace a Honeywell whole house humidifier that they installed only 5 years prior I reached out to Bohling Heating & AC. and spoke to Cindy. She was awesome and had me on the schedule for the following week. They came out and replaced the unit with a new Aprilaire system for nearly 40% less than the company I normally deal with quoted me for the same model. Professional, courteous, skilled, knowledgeable and fair about sums up my thoughts on my experience with Bohling.

Lucas really saved my family and I. Another company told me we needed to replace our AC. Lucas was able to fix it for a $100 part. I was ready to buy a new AC yet he took the time to diagnosis the AC and get it fixed very quickly. After dealing with a larger company for many years now the honesty, professionalism without any run around was great. Be proud you have a technician like him.
