Mike G. Did a wonderful job of servicing my Heating and Cooling unit. A lot of the problems that I had were due to the poor design of the Architect on the building itself for exhausting the system, especially needing to exhaust the warm air in air-conditioning mode. Mike found to work around and we also installed a new 20 amp breaker as the 20 amp breaker we had was getting weak. Mike was very communicative with us. He was very straightforward and very honest that I appreciate very much and I would highly recommend Action to anyone.
The team was great — I called Thursday morning and they were out Friday morning to put something on our vent to keep birds out. They took care of everything without issue and were kind and professional the whole time. Thanks to Riley B and the team!
Reed was very personable and knowledgeable. The only thing was that he left when I was outside (my husband was in the house) and when I came in a hour and a half later, the toilet water was running. I giggled the chain to the flapper and it worked fine after that.
