“I’m pretty particular about my hair when it comes to what I want. Sometimes I let the stylist have free will to do whatever or other times I want a certain style. I moved from TX in Dec 24 and have a stylist back home. I did find someone up in Milwaukee though. Today I had an apt in MKE and my stylist cancelled so I called to have Katie who I met at my job, do my hair. However she wasn’t available and the front receptionist said she was confident any of the girls could do what I wanted. I was booked with Jenna within a time frame that still worked for me and she listened to me on what I wanted and I even asked for her to go shorter and in the end my haircut was achieved. Jenna was very kind and gave the best head massage I’ve ever had in my 35 years of life haha enjoyed that so much. I will be back considering I was a first time client!“

“Three weeks ago I visited for mani pedi. Attendant was very nice. Atmosphere great My only complaint was the use of the electronic wheel to remove my cuticle and the was still old gel on my nail before polishing and I mentioned it and she removed it. I am very concerned about protecting my nail and the nail bed. I must say though that after three weeks I have to mention that this is by far one of the longest time that my gel nail polish has lasted and my pedicure and I like that. She did a good application of the polish. I enjoy coming to your Shop.“

“My niece and I come to get our nails done together every couple of weeks, we love having Tom do them! He does amazing work and he’s so good at nail art and also gives a great pedicure. He always does so well with the inspiration pictures that I bring him and we both leave with amazing nails every time! 🤩

We did have a mildly disappointing experience just once, and they immediately fixed our concerns within a couple of days. They were very nice about it and handled everything so professionally.
