I have been going to Tracy at Moda Bella for years for my hair care and I always have an excellent experience. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable, friendly and make my appointments a relaxing, enjoyable time.
I had such a great experience at Bella Moda. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and offered a beverage, which set such a welcoming tone. The front desk kept me informed and let me know right away that my stylist would be available shortly — I really appreciated the clear communication.
Heather, my stylist, was amazing. She knew exactly what would look good and took the time to talk through what I was hoping to achieve. She listened, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure we were on the same page before getting started. I left feeling confident, heard, and genuinely happy with the results.
