Luxury Spa offers a relaxing and calming atmosphere, with advanced massage chairs and a quiet, luxurious space for head spa treatments. The technicians provide meticulous care, ensuring a maximum relaxation experience. The services, including luxury pedicures with hot stone, paraffin dip, and hot towels, are highly recommended in the Kenosha area. The salon is very clean and welcoming, with knowledgeable staff. However, it can get quite hot inside, with temperatures reaching up to 80 degrees, making it uncomfortable for both customers and staff. It is suggested to adjust the air conditioning for a more comfortable experience. Despite the heat, the services are considered worth the money for the relaxation they provide.
I really like the manicures here! I used to go to Utopia, and my nails had become really damaged. Over home at Luxury, even with doing dip powder, my nails have gotten so much better. The nail techs there really want you to like your nails, and if you give feedback in real time they'll make sure you like your nails.
The 60 minute Head Spa was amazing!!! This was my third time ( two times with my BFF:) and my Mom’s first! We all are sold on this treatment and we will be back again! Julie and Nhi were absolutely wonderful and so very nice! Everyone has always been! Highly, highly recommend-you won’t regret it and you will return!!:)
From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing! I loved the service , atmosphere , and selections of polish colors. 10 out of 10 all the way around. When you need to relax and have some me time , friend date, date date or just need to cover from an awful week this is the place to go!!!
