The services, including luxury pedicures with hot stone, paraffin dip, and hot towels, are highly recommended in the Kenosha area. The salon is very clean and welcoming, with knowledgeable staff. However, it can get quite hot inside, with temperatures reaching up to 80 degrees, making it uncomfortable for both customers and staff. It is suggested to adjust the air conditioning for a more comfortable experience. Despite the heat, the services are considered worth the money for the relaxation they provide.
This is a beautiful spa where the techs are so nice and helpful to the services you are getting! I love getting pedicures done by Hannah! Lily is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! You should also get headspas done by Julie!
Did a head spa for 90 minutes ~ it was the most incredible thing I have ever done in my life. I asked out feeling so refreshed and lighter . It was so serene and the tech was amazing with every stike, scrub. and gave a great neck massage! I will be a returning customer they even do nails and pedicures.
I accidentally happened upon Luxury Spa in Pleasant Prairie. On a whim I walked in and asked if I could get a pedicure. Hannah, who was working as the receptionist, was very welcoming and kind. She explained that she had an appointment coming in soon, but she had time to do a pedicure. She asked if I minded that she still had to answer the phone and greet customers. No problem. She gave me a wonderful foot and leg massage, and the pedicure was perfect! I highly recommend her and Luxury Spa. It is very clean and comfortable and Hannah will make you feel very comfortable!! I will definitely be back!
