Synergy came on time yesterday. The tech explained my problem well. Explained what would happen next, and provided a work-around so that I will have hot water until a part comes in.

Mitchell did a fine job checking/cleaning our furnace in a very timely manner. He was right on time for our appointment and gave me a full run down of what he did and what he suggested should be done.

Mitchell took his time in making sure each mechanical component was in good condition or bring it up to that. We felt confident when he was done that all the mechanicals were ready for another year ahead! Good job Mitchell!! Thanks
