I have been tanning at the Sturgeon Bay location for a couple years now. The staff is ok except one, in particular, does not need to be working with the public. She has a demeanor that is not welcoming, at all. Not one of the staff members made me aware that the facial bulbs were out in room 5 after I'd been assigned that room several times. Since I have my eyes closed I didn't realize it until the other day. Afterward I brought it to the attendants attention, which is the rude girl, and she said, in a rude manner, it had been that way for awhile and she assumed I knew since I asked for that room. They're very accommodating about fitting clients in, and the place is very inviting and clean. If you close your eyes and imagine a beach It's like a mini vacation to your own personal island. The staff is very nice and personable.

I have visited this location on and off for 20+ years. I like the sunless tanning and the staff was helpful when I recently went in for a wedding. I hadn't been there for 8 years. Overall, good product and good service.
