Wow this place was incredible! Very clean and well kept. Helpful and professional workers, I can’t even imagine the amount of work that goes into this place! Horses were well kept and trained with a stunning trail. Even though my boyfriend is a bigger guy, they had no issues finding a horse for him and making us comfortable as first time riders. We will definitely be back!

Kurtz Corral is an excellent place for horseback riding, especially for beginners. The staff clearly care a lot about safety—they take time to explain everything, show helpful videos, and make sure you feel comfortable before the ride. Our guide, Shannon, was absolutely wonderful: kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She worked hard all day to prepare the horses, guide the tour, and take care of things afterward too. Her efforts really stood out, especially for the way she goes above and beyond. Thanks to her and the whole team, we had a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

We had such an amazing experience at Kurtz! The employees were friendly and helpful, the animals are well taken care of, and you can feel the love put into the operation. 10/10 recommend for horseback riding in Door County.
