If I could give Art 5,000 gold stars in this review I would. Art and his heart of gold came to my home and installed our AC on one of the hottest days of the year while my son was ill. His kindness, professionalism, top-notch work and most incredible customer service have me calling him “Art the Angel.” He has provided the same excellent service to my brother for years. Art's is great.They installed central air for us about 18 months ago when the "big guy" in town couldn't even turn around a quote after weeks of waiting. We were happy with the price, and Art did a good job of explaining the options.Recently the heat went out in our cottage. I initially called the bigger outfits in Sturgeon Bay thinking they'd be out faster. Turns out Art's was there in a little over 24 hours while the other guys in town weren't interested in new customers or just service work. I guess they have to pay for all those big billboards by only taking big jobs.Special thanks to Art, Hannah, and Matt for being responsive and great to deal with.Services: AC installation

My furnace was blowing cold air.I called just about every repair service and either they weren't taking new clients or didn't work on doublewides. Thank you for coming out to fix it!
