I can’t say enough good things about First Impressions Hair Salon! I used them for my bridal party, and they did an incredible job with my 9 bridesmaids and me. Crystal, the owner, is such a sweetheart and truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. She set up a lovely morning party table with mimosas, fruit, and snacks for my girls, which was such a thoughtful touch.
One of my favorite moments was when the receptionist overheard my sister craving a Dr. Pepper and went out of her way to grab one for her—talk about personalized service!

Crystal is beyond excellent, quick and gentle. My hair had not been done in quite awhile, and the color turned out beyond perfect.
She did not try and take off more than needed in the hair cut.

I was a little nervous switching to a new salon and a new person but this review is a huge shout out to First Impressions Hair Studio and Erika, my stylist. The two of us might have a 40+ year age difference but I'm so glad I went to her. She listened to what I wanted, politely advised me on what could and couldn't be done with my gray hair in terms of color AND she really took the time to figure out how my hair would naturally fall before she started cutting. I was happy with the results the first time I visited the salon and continue to enjoy my haircuts from Erika.
