We’ve used Eagle Mechanical to replace old mechanicals in two homes now. We recently had a problem with our well water pump. I called late on a Friday night and they arrived very early Saturday morning. They solved what could’ve been a difficult problem and allowed us to still have company for the weekend.

Dunno what the other reviewers are talking about. Then again, most are from years ago. I'm new to Sturgeon Bay in 2024, having just bought a house in town. Whenever I've called, I've gotten an appointment within a week or so, the guys that turned up did so on time with everything they needed. Every. Single. Time. Plus, when Dave came to get the A/C squared away, he shared additional advice/knowledge about the house, which they've serviced for years. Bailey was also impressive when he came to do needed follow up work to get the rest running right.
