They are absolutely amazing! I have had issues with 2 of my appliances now, the first time and the second time I had different staff come to my home and both men were absolutely amazing! It’s hard to find people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers and the job they do in this day in age! They are very personable and extremely kind! Not overly nice where it’s fake but actually genuine! They also will explain things to you and go into detail when answering any questions you have. I will definitely hire them in the future if it is needed. I hope this company continues to succeed in the area, I would hate to lose such amazing people for our community!
We had Steve and son out in May 2021 for a fridge issue. We were so happy they did a full evaluation and made the repair. Fair pricing and excellent customer service! A year later we’re having an issue again. Called them right up and had detailed notes on the previous work, recommendation for next step, and again up front quote and fair pricing! Straightforward with me about the issues they’re seeing with the product and excellent recommendations. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Keep it guys!! Great work!
