I went In as I had an urgent issue with needing to give myself injection meds and was looking for a clean place. The nurse recommended the bathroom, for an injection on my leg. Completely unsanitary, and that kind of advice makes me want to try to report this. UWSP students, go to a real doctors office if you can.

Went here on day 2 of high fever, they were very nice but all they gave me was OTC meds cause they didn’t know what was wrong with me. After 5 total days of having a fever over 102, I went to the real doctors, they gave me meds (they didn’t know exactly what was wrong either) and I felt better in an hour. If you have the money, save yourself the time, I missed so much work and school to try to save money.

I've been there twice for various reasons, and I've had excellent experiences both times. I went to UW-Madison and had mixed feelings about the providers there. Here, I felt they spent ample time with each patient to make sure they found the best solution. Jen Sorenson - a PA here - is phenomenal. Thank you!!
