I had a laparoscopy yesterday morning and had the PLEASURE of working with my new bestie Ashley. She was hilarious and so sweet. She kept my spirits high while I was in the most pain I’ve ever been in and took away ALL of my anxiety. Give this beautiful woman a raise!! I adored being in her care! And I want her to be at all of my appointments from now on! ♥️ she even let me listen to my higher power frequencies to relax while we prepped for surgery. She’s a 10/10 employee. this is the second time I’ve been to ophthalmology in the last six years that I felt I was rushed through my eye exam and did not have an accurate prescription. Before getting my glasses, I asked the optician if ai was be able to see the new prescription and read the eye chart because I was not given that option and felt uncertain about the accuracy. I had mentioned my concerns to Dr. O’Malley and he said my prescription change was what he would expect it to have been. I had to wait to be seen again to read the eye chart and my prescription was indeed off. I came in with excruciating tooth pain, and Dr Gross was extremely helpful. Discussed multiple options of managing the pain.During the examination and treatment, I chose an injection, his team was writing down multiple options for me to get it fixed as soon as possible. Each option had payment options, insurances accepted, numbers, faxes, addresses and etc.I'm so thankful for him and his team, I finally was able to eat and sleep after 2 days of pain, and I have an appointment for extraction in a few days from one of his offices' suggestions.Only thing I can even remotely complain about would be the wait time, but even that wasn't as long as most ERs I've been to.
