Nathan did a very thorough examination of our attic, basement and the outside of our house. He caulked areas where animals could get in and set up some traps around the outside of the house. We were very impressed with the service.

Stylist: If you're looking for a new stylist or a new look, try Jamie. I followed her while she was going to school about 3 years ago, and we just reconnected up. I wish I had stayed seeing her all these years. I have the worst hair. Fine, thin, limp, straight, short hair. It will not do anything in this weather. My hair was in major help when I came in to see Jamie, Jamie knew exactly what to do. She took charge and made an even clean cut. My hair was so uneven that I could not style it before. I'm so happy now. She gave me a style that I can work with and easy to do, not to mention fast.

today (Aug 17, 2018) our vehicle broke down near heartland construction. And our cell phone was broken too. I walked into heartland in tears, asking to use their phone. When Mike heard me crying in their lobby he came out and offered to help. He even grabbed their mechanic, Tim, to come up the road and try to help us. Today was my son's first birthday, he was stillborn last year. And the people at heartland offered a helping hand to a family that really needed to see some good in the world. I am forever grateful. Thank you will never be enough.

Dr. Sue & her Staff have been wonderful to my family, both our pets, and the people among us for close to 25 years. I've been having a very tough time with the loss of my last dog, who is gone far too soon, but she made it as comforting as one of the most terrible days I've ever had in my life could be. Just a horrible circumstance. Dr. Sue went so far beyond with her time and comfort of my young boy in his last hours that I won't forget it. She doesn't know this, but 30 minutes after I left we were greeted with a distinct rainbow road to the east, directly over the clinic in Slinger, and I was with family to witness it. I don't feel any better about this loss, but he told me he was okay.
I've been to other veterinarians in the past, and the difference here is the genuine care and compassion for your pets. She's running a business that deserves to earn a profit, but you don't feel like a transaction. Your pet is treated like a living part of your family in their care. She wants them to thrive, and that's important. She is leaving a legacy of being a fine example to the profession for other veterinarians, and techs alike.
In 2021 our furnace went out. We called Thielmann's and we're assisted by Brian P. He was kind and knowledgeable! Working with them was a very positive experience. Now this last week our A/C stopped working. We obviously knew who to call. I really love how prior to the appointment time a picture of the employee along with their bio is sent via text. It is nice to know beforehand who is coming to your house. Nicholas H. came to assess and from his bio I saw that he has 24yrs experience in the industry! He thoroughly explained the issue with our A/C. He detailed why it would would nolonger work (beside the fact that it is a 1990/35yrs old!). We felt assured with his recommendation to get a new one. Brian P. then came and he was beyond helpful in choosing a surprisingly affordable new unit that would fit our house best.
