Thank you Jim and Madeline for taking Chris's broken ring and making it look like brand new. After it broke, we were so surprised that the bigger jewelers in West Bend really had no interest in fixing it. We were very lucky to find you, and again, many thanks for your creative ideas and making it look perfect.

Great customer service and honest. I took a 24K gold chain and rings there and they tested it but were not sure if it was real as they are not familiar with 24K solid gold jewlry that a lot of Southeast Asian have . They were honest that they were not comfort taking it without being rude.

I've always wanted to go in here and I finally did. What a great place. I loved the beautiful pieces of jewelry and I was able to get my jewelry looked at and they bought Gold from junk jewelry I couldn't use anymore. Such great service. What a "gem" of a store. I'll be back to get my grandmother's ring fixed there, I trust them with it, that says a lot.
