The doc and people were excellent, but this place seems to have a problem staying open until their posted hours. Got a call saying my glasses were in so I went to pick them up. Got there at 4 when they were supposed to be open til 6 but they were closed. Came back the next day they were open, which was supposed to be til 5, and they were closed. I got there at 1:15 so it wasn't even close to closing, and they had no signs posted about being closed that day for the holiday. Just got a call yesterday saying my son's glasses are in, so he stopped by today after school (roughly 3:30) to get his glasses. Surprise, surprise, they were closed! I loved the customer service from Dave with my son so much I finally made an eye Dr appointment for myself. Eye Dr is wonderful really explains things in a way people can understand. Dave goes into detail with what frames are covered. Can't wait for my new glasses!
Best experience ever - my mom needed new glasss and was very hesitant. Dave at Vision Mart in Sheboygan was so attentive, patient, and caring. He helped us get her new glasses and her reaction to picking them up was priceless. She smiled from ear to ear. Thank you! - PLM Moua
