by nature im a skeptic but my wife talked me into trying yoga. I found Sylvia and i have to say she is amazing. i go through the 'regenerative' sessions and i admit im no longer a skeptic. after each session i feel rejuvinated and at ease...... amazing.........simply put... amazing..........

Best thing I have ever done for myself. Noticed a difference after the first week. Silvia is great...very patient and helpful. Love it there and can't wait for each class!!!
