Everyone is so friendly. Debbie has helped me with passive stretch. It has really opened up my hip area and upper back. It's amazing how a little stretch can make you feel. Lexi does amazing on her massages also.

I was having problems with my weight loss. I lost 15 pounds but then couldn't lose anymore. Mind you that I don't like vegs or most other healthy foods. I'm a very picky eater. Thank goodness I bet Bridgette. She really helped me expand some of my food choices but never took away anything. She is so easy to talk with and very enthusiastic about helping everyone meet their goals. I can't thank Bridgette enough for her help. I have now lost over 30 pounds.
