Randerson Heating & Air Conditioning

I cannot say enough great things about Randerson Heating and Cooling. Our furnace was installed about 10 years ago by another company, and when we recently had an issue with the heat exchanger, their immediate recommendation was a full replacement.
Josh from Randerson took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit and identified that the heat exchanger was still under warranty. Because of that, we only needed to cover the installation, rather than replacing the entire furnace. Furnace inducer motor failed this morning. Could not find the part local and it would have been 2 days before I could get one. Called around trying to find someone to fix it today and was recommended to them by another company. Office lady was very nice and helpful getting me scheduled today yet. The tech arrived before noon and promptly fixed the issue. Down to earth tech, gave me straight answers to other questions relating the system. Great experience all around and the furnace is quiet and back to normal operation.

We had Randerson install a mini-split unit in our home. We had a great experience with them from start to finish. We were given an accurate quote with clear information and expectations. The men who did the install were honestly some of the cleanest people we've ever had work in our home. We had one small issue with a unit after install and they were out quickly, identified the problem, and resolved it. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for heating & cooling companies.
