I cannot say enough great things about Randerson Heating and Cooling. Our furnace was installed about 10 years ago by another company, and when we recently had an issue with the heat exchanger, their immediate recommendation was a full replacement.
Josh from Randerson took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit and identified that the heat exchanger was still under warranty. Because of that, we only needed to cover the installation, rather than replacing the entire furnace. We truly appreciated his honesty and willingness to look for the right solution instead of the most expensive one.
