We had a great experience with Diedricks. They were incredibly trustworthy and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options without any pressure.
The technicians were all very knowledgeable, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. On top of that, everyone we interacted with was friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and stressfree.

Through a different company, I was quoted over $1200 for a part replacement on our furnace. Brian and Weston came out and were able to replace that part and another for almost half the price! Very honest and trustworthy people. I know who I’ll be sticking with for the future.
We called them, because the temperature in the house got down to 50 degrees. Well, the furnace quit. The gentleman came out. Got the furnace going. He was honest and told me he really couldn't tell me why it quit. If it happens again give us a call. Well, it happened later that evening. My son came over and checked it out. He gave them a call. My son got it going. Well it wound up being the thermostat. Only one service charge for him coming out twice. And when I got the bill in the mail. Well, I was not expecting it to be such a reasonable price. My son was happy with it too. He knows who to call if needed.
