They were both incredibly patient, warm, positive, and helpful during every step of our visit. Even when my dog didn’t want to cooperate, they worked together and with me to make it as pleasant as possible for my dog. Their ability to work with my anxious dog in a compassionate way, while listening to my concerns and “gut feeling” on concerns was refreshing!
