I am thoroughly impressed with the care my young pup received. We came in for our new patient annual—my dog is very anxious at the vet. Hillary and Dr. Harn were absolutely wonderful! They were both incredibly patient, warm, positive, and helpful during every step of our visit. Even when my dog didn’t want to cooperate, they worked together and with me to make it as pleasant as possible for my dog. Their ability to work with my anxious dog in a compassionate way, while listening to my concerns and “gut feeling” on concerns was refreshing! I would absolutely recommend Westosha Vet & Dr. Harn and Hillary to anyone!
Dr. Juleen and Karen CVT made putting my baby Charlie to sleep so peaceful. They were so comforting to Charlie and it made me feel so much better that he was comfortable. They were so supportive of me as well, I left knowing I made the right decision. His normal vet was out sick and they got us in the same day I called, they didn’t know me or Charlie but I felt like I had known them for years. I will forever be grateful to them!
First class operation. We brought our dog to Westosha knowing that he would not likely be leaving with us. We did not have an appointment. We weren’t even clients because we had just moved to the area. They were kind and understanding throughout the entire process of putting our boy down. When we’re ready, this will be our “go to” veterinarian. Thank you again for your kindness, and willingness to help us in a difficult time.
