It's very clean. Plenty of parking. The machines are well maintained and work. There are enough machines and weights for everyone. Did I mention how clean it was? Well it was really clean.

We moved back to town recently. I had stopped going to the PF in our last town because the staff gave zero s***s about the patrons. 1/2 the time you couldn’t even find staff to get you into the tanning booths. My teenager is super self aware and wanted to keep active this summer. I called the PF here to figure out what kind of plan is best. The guy on the phone was beyond helpful and figured out exactly what would work best for us. Couple weeks in my daughter had an issue and the front desk was so friendly and supportive. Since returning back to Milwaukee from Virginia, I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are what makes the difference here, They are very friendly and personable and make you feel welcome and they keep things clean at the club and are responsive to service requests. It is generally not crowded even during peak hours at other locations. It is not the biggest locations, but it is one of the better locations in regards to quality.
