I initially contacted the after hours service on Christmas Eve 2025. My phone call was returned a short time later on the same day. I was located in Texas at the time. The staff was professional and provided expert advice related to the house located in WI and the upcoming weather, as the residence was not occupied at the time. They outlined a plan which was centered around common sense and the best bang for the dollar in scheduling a technician to respond and troubleshoot the heat related issue. Air Tech was recommended to me as a trustworthy and skilled HVAC business and I found this to be accurate and true.
We had a boiler repair completed today. 1.19.26. Noticed an issue over the weekend, submitted a request for service and was called Monday morning. Was lucky to have a technician available that morning for repair. Excellent friendly service. Technician explained the issue every step of the way and provided education on the boiler and what to expect for normal service and use. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the quick response and repair.
