Our home was built in the 1920's. We had no A/C and our furnace was 30 years old. This summer the heat has been intense and our window A/C unit just couldn't keep up; we were miserable and needed a solution. Condon Total Comfort gave us a range of options for our budget and installed quickly a brand new furnace, A/C and ductwork. We also upgraded and went with a Lennox Healthy Climate box filter for higher quality filtration, ecobee Wi-Fi smart thermostat and a Honeywell Humidifier. Our home feels brand new. Thank you CTC!

Great service as always. I knew it was going to be an after hours call on a Friday night but Deb (very friendly) assured me it wouldn’t be that bad. Mike came out ASAP and diagnosed the problem. I’m happy with the peace of mind now. It’s going to be in the 90’s for a few days. Tks CTC.
Condon has always been very responsive when we having any issues at our house. They are very professional and do quality work at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied customers!
We also appreciate their being proactive. In the early fall they call to set up an appointment to have our boiler and the whole system checked over so we know we are good to go as it starts getting colder. Our technician arrived yesterday right on time and efficiently checked everything out.
