Bella didn't hesitate and jumped right in. Ally also helped and they worked on my daughter's knot (turned out to be some others that hid) for most of the appointment. She still squeezed in a wash and four inch cut to help us wrangle the hair. Also walked away with several tips to prevent the knot in the future. I was so grateful for their willingness, patience, and help.”
