My under 10 daughter had a knot I had been working on for days to try and loosen it before her hair cut. I got at least half of it out but bashfully showed up to the appointment for help. Bella didn't hesitate and jumped right in. Ally also helped and they worked on my daughter's knot (turned out to be some others that hid) for most of the appointment. She still squeezed in a wash and four inch cut to help us wrangle the hair. Also walked away with several tips to prevent the knot in the future. I was so grateful for their willingness, patience, and help.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is very welcoming. Morgan is amazing! I had hi lites done and I love the work she does. Very professional, kind and pays attention to detail! The spa bar and warm hand towels are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend The Parlor, you won't be disappointed!
