I have been getting deep tissue massages once a month from Shannon for about 3 years. These massages help loosen up tight muscles and have helped me have less stiffness and more flexibility as I age. It’s not a soft relaxing massage, but the benefits are worth it!!!!!

I have had many massages over many years, but I have never found a massage therapist who does a better job with deep tissue work than Shannon. I have a lot of issues with ropy muscles and trigger points, and I find that less intense massages are not helpful for me. Shannon has a great palpatory sense and unerringly finds and improves my painful areas.

I have not had a deep tissue massage but shout-out to Shannon! Shannon is very knowledgeable for what she does and takes care of you during your massage. She asks where your target points of pain on your body, and definitely knows how to work the knots out. You will feel sore after the massage but it is totally normal, because if you’re sore you know she really worked your muscles! I would definitely recommend her! :)
