We had an amazing experience with Misty at Berserker Body Art in Reedsburg! We took our 7-year-old daughter there for her birthday to get her ears pierced, and Misty was absolutely fantastic.
She was incredibly patient and made sure our daughter understood consent and knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, which meant a lot to us as parents. Misty used a fresh, clean needle for each ear and did not use a piercing gun — one of the main reasons we chose Berserker after hearing that piercing guns can cause damage.
We were in and out in about 15 minutes, the process was smooth and professional, and our daughter did great. She loved getting to pick out her earrings and especially loved hugging the stuffed animal Misty had for her.
We couldn’t have asked for a better first piercing experience and will absolutely be bringing our younger daughter back as soon as she’s old enough. Highly recommend Misty and Berserker Body Art!

I have experienced both a reading and a reiki session with Christa, both were wonderful. Her energy and insight are not only on point, but she holds space to allow spirit to heal and guide you on your journey without judgment. My partner has had a reiki session with her and looks forward to many more, I didn’t know how he would react to it, but it has been a blessing to us both. My father is 96 and had a reading with Christa that gave him great peace! I highly recommend her. Not every project goes perfectly, sometimes there are issues or disputes and what really matters is how those issues get resolved and that is the subject of this post.What is so commendable about Friede is how professionally they handled my customer experience when I had a minor complaint at the end of the project.Without a doubt, all craftsmanship and work was done exceptionally well. However, we had an issue regarding a quote from a subcontractor as well as some timing concerns.Scott Truehl invited us into their office to talk face-to-face and handle the matter as it should be handled. Scott did such a fantastic job listening to our side of the matter, to objectively and impartially review the issue, and to work with us to make sure we all left the table happy.The project we did with Friede wasn’t a massive commercial project. They didn’t need to take the time to make sure we were walking away happy. But they did because that is who they are as a company and their actions are true to their values.Thank you Pat, thank you Scott, and thank you Friede & Associates for the awesome job!

Helped find the source of a problem in our new house. I had been trying to locate the issue for weeks. He figured it out in a few minutes. I should have called sooner! Very nice guy. Very timely too!
Zac and Payton replaced the anode in the water heater today, which is no small task. The water heater was buried under the stairs and all the connections had to be removed. Loosening the anode took a Herculean effort. They did a great job; I highly recommend these guys if you ever need plumbing work done.

We replaced our carpet because we had water damage in our basement family room. The Flooring Store guys were able to come to our home the same day we called and provided an estimate for new carpet for our insurance company in quick fashion. They have a beautiful showroom with many flooring choices. The installation team was very professional. We were very impressed with everyone who worked with us.

Inside Out Home and Grounds Improvement is one of the best local contractors that I've come across in my time. They have many years of extensive experience and every piece of equipment and tool imaginable for just about any job. Professional, friendly and straight forward to work with.
