Staff were very helpful in discussing work plan. The plumber that completed the work was efficient and professional. We are happy to find a great team like Top Tier. It is very important to find a reliable business to take care of our home like it was their home. Meghan, Julie and Tim were great to work with on our questions and projects. With home ownership repairs are inevitable. Since owning our home, we have had to replace the water neutralizer the water softener, Our septic alarm our ejection pump and a pressure valve. All of that work over the years has been done by top-tier. I cannot say enough good things about them. Besides being professional, they are also reasonably priced and always happy to help. It seems like today, Most places cannot be bothered because they just have so much business that your business isn’t worth it to them. I do not get that feeling from top-tier.
