My son and I both received great haircuts, Lisa was professional, friendly and cheerful. We both enjoyed our conversations during the cut. Booking the haircut online was easy once I created an account.
I had the best experience ever with this place. I went to the Cost Cutters in Reedsburg. I had been using blonde box hair bleach. Ugh I was ruining my hair. It was 3 different shades of blonde, and started to completely break off from the top. I called really upset and told a lady named Lisa that I was embarrassed to go back to work like this. She took me in at the last minute. She was so compassionate! We decided to dye it a auburn brunette and give it a cut. She only used the healthiest hair dye. Anyways it looks amazing! It look so glamorous! It is also so much healthier now. Thank you Lisa! You are the biggest sweetheart!
Kai from the REEDSBURG Cost cutter branch was awesome, pleasant and unique. I totally enjoyed from start to finish and she did exactly what I envisioned my hair to look like.I am totally going back to her again.
