Amazing experience, Incredibly helpful even though he wasn't able to fix my problem. I had a bad usb c port on my laptop. When talking to him, I did not feel like a customer, I felt like I was talking to a friend. He did not criticize my opinion. We discussed potential fixes, he gave me an estimate based on the information I gave him. Even though the info I gave him was wrong, he didn't get mad, he agreed that the fix would be more trouble than it was worth rather than trying to sell the solution. Responded within 5 minutes even at 11:20 pm, super kind even through text. 10/10 services, 12/10 customer service, would HIGHLY recommend. If I ever have problems with my laptop...read full review

Unfortunately, although he has a good reputation, he couldn't help us, as we needed SSD's installed on our LG Gram laptops, and he's not an "authorized LG repair facility". It would have voided our warranties...ugh...

I came upon this establishment because it had a couple of good reviews and now I want to add to that in the hopes it will attract more customers. I had a very positive and satisfying experience. Rolando was able to diagnose the situation and offer a proper solution that was cost effective and timely. I certainly will recommend Computer Repair and Services to everybody who is in need of computer repairs.
