Very thankful for Parker's help over the phone. She helped me troubleshoot what I thought was a virus but was only pesky notifications that were scare tactics. After I sent her screenshots she was able to help me get those off my computer!!! Very appreciative!!!

I've worked with Tech Force since June of 2010 when I moved back to Racine. I called them to help set up my system and Donte the owner came and I was so pleased with his knowledge and he was so helpful to me a senior. He explained many terms to me so I learned how to speak their language. I have stayed with him since then and I used his remote system both when I lived in Montana and now as I reside in Iowa. I 've had no issues as they respond quickly and work is always completed. When I visit Racine I always bring in my laptop to have him check it over as a preventative measure.
