Wish I could give more than 5 stars! We have been going to Shelly for years! Started with my son…wanting an affordable option for a young child. Shelly knows what we like. She has the talent of us verbally explaining what we are looking for and that is exactly what we get. Can’t recommend her enough!
Called the clinic as a new client at 4:30pm, receptionist was very helpful and kind. She assured me if I needed an emergency vet she would send one. Don’t end up needing emergency trip , called next morning just for a follow up, again different receptionist was so nice. Dr. Matt came to check out our horse, made my daughter (the horse owner) feel like she mattered and included her in the conversation. He complimented her in her animal and assured her that her horse would be okay. We will definitely be repeat clients at Southwest Veterinary Services.
Clinic staff and veterinarian were very detailed, educated, and cared for Bella. They also asked a lot of questions about her health for it being her annual check up which I have never gotten elsewhere. I highly recommend.
