I have had Dan and his staff represent me several times. I am always impressed on how honest he is rite from the start. He will give you his opinion on if you have grounds or not and then take it as far as you want to take it always with your best interests in mind. He works for you and as long as you are paying him you are his boss. Dan does not feather-foot around, even if the news is bad he's straight forward and honest, not money driven. If you hire Dan and his team take their advice. Its always based on experience.
