Awesome little gym. Whether you're a parent trying to squeeze in a work out or a serious lifter trying to put on some mass, this gym is perfect for you. It has super friendly knowledgeable staff, great people, and great equipment. 10/10 recommend for anyone trying to improve themselves in PDC!
Beginner friendly gym! I can’t say enough good things about Southwest Fitness. Super clean, open 24/7 and in a convenient location. The owner is also very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable.
We love the family atmosphere and staff is always friendly/helpful. I love the available options to fit whatever workout mood I am in!! Definitely recommend SW Fitness for your whole family!
