Fantastic experience when dealing with an emergency septic backup. From the phone call to the fella working on site the customer service was excellent. Saved our stay at the cottage. Will absolutely be using Superior for all my septic needs going forward.
We were not prepared for the drivers arrival as my mom told me the wrong day which was an honest mistake. He trampeled througy briar brush and even uncovered our septic lid. He was very compassionate and understanding as I was trying to make sure my boys didnt miss the bus.I would reccomend them to anyone I know that has a septic and needs it to be pumped.
Lisa and Jim are the BEST!! We have used them for several years and they always do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only do they do superb work, I've used their recommendations on other contractors in the area and they have worked out great!!!!
